The development’s name is inspired by the area’s heritage, as the scheme is situated on what was once known as Juggler Street, which was one of the main thoroughfares of the city, where jugglers and strolling players used to assemble. Iliad wanted to retain some of the area’s original character and history, therefore they chose to name the development Juggler’s Yard. This scheme will combine luxury with affordability.
