Case study

Rotherham

All Saints’ Quarter

Iliad have completed three high class schemes in Rotherham Town Centre under the banner of the Rotherham Renaissance and working closely with the local council and the local RDA.  They were appointed as joint developer in 2005.

The Old Market is a luxury  44-apartment block which is almost fully occupied, and which has a 24 hour concierge.  Fitted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, 2nd bedrooms all have ensuites, full length windows, great views.  The ground floor commercial space is available for letting.

Keppel Wharf is another recently completed similar apartment scheme, with similar high quality fittings.  These apartments are right on the River Don.  Keppel's ground floor glazed commercial space offers spectacular views and a terrace for outside dining.
