Large central Birmingham redevelopment

Iliad are to transform a derelict city centre site in Birmingham into striking-looking yet energy-efficient student accommodation. The scheme, with 656 fully fitted bedrooms and ground floor communal facilities, will be completed by July 2011 and will accommodate students from Aston University. It is being developed in association with Cosmopolitan Student Homes.
