Iliad have won the Yorkshire Insider Property Industry 'Regeneration' award for their projects in the All Saints' Quarter of Rotherham.   They will be continuing to work alongside the forwarding thinking local council on further projects to revitalise the central riverside areas of the town, with a total value of £60m.

The All Saints Quarter ties together four separate regeneration projects, and developer Iliad has been praised for its commitment to quality. It has been rewarded by letting over 70 per cent of apartments and getting retailers in place.
